I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. The rooms are very tidy and well maintained. Staffs are also very helpful and well-behaved. They even assisted me to plan the local tour by giving a quick guide of the communication and spots around.

Location - 1*nCleanliness - 3*nRoom - 1*nPocket friendly - 1*nnIf you are tourist, this hotel is not all near to the Mall. The Mall is far away. You will be tired to reach their as high inclined hill roads. No taxi service.nnYou will get better room in market area in same price. It's lil bit outside area from city and main market.

I must say hotel pine touch retreat is a heaven in the heart of darjeeling, the queen of hills. Geart hospitality by the owner and the hotel staff. Rooms were neat and tidy and size was pretty big. We went to Darjeeling on the occasion of new year eve and to surprise the hotel management had planned a surprise party for us at the roof top. I very happy and satisfied with the hotel. I would like to recommend everyone to book their rooms at pine touch retreat whenever they visit Darjeeling.

It was a very comforting and warm place to spend my vacation. The food was very nicely made and all of the tourists were treated with care. Also the view was a cherry to the cake .The cleanliness and hospitality shown is really appreciable .Hope to visit again :)
