Visited the place back in March 2017, the view of the majestic Kanchenjunga is mesmerising from the lounge as well as from the rooms. The service is friendly, helpful and prompt. Rooms are ensured to be warm and comfortable by the heat panels in the rooms. The food is amazing and one of the best in Darjeeling in Tibetan and Chinese cuisines, in my opinion.nThe overall ambience of the place is very homely and ticks all the right boxes for a lovely retreat in the hills.

The view from our room was grand, service and warm behaviour of the staff and management was really outstanding... they have a wonderful and accessible lounge with a magnificent view of the mountains and the town!

Room was very cosy, great view from the room. Just diagonally opposite from keventer's. The staffs and the owner were very friendly.

Hotel Room is Awesome if you would like to wooden floor. One cons is stairs case...you have to climb the stairs. View from room is awesome (only selected room book from online). This hotel located in heart of city (Darjeeling). Once can found all commute from the doorstep of Hotel. Lunar pure veg restaurant is awesome food...you can find all categories of food from there with affordable cost. Room service is awesome. Breakfast itenary is less in hotel.
