Very bad experience with the staffs. I just went with my HP Omen laptop to replace the battery worth 8k and got complaint in a month just after the warranty period got over, staffs were like get a new one, they weren't even ready to look at the laptop.

Bought a HP computer from here sales representatives Thashreef and Tony BUNCH OF REAL FRAUDS BEWARE. Got a defective system didn't gave us replacement giving lame excuses by changing parts in the first 14 days now the system is again showing issues which we are forced to depend on HP service center to get it solved. Spend a lot of money on this device but total waste.

I would never recommend anyone to visit this store. It has been a very bad experience in here. hospitality 0/10 product explanation 0/10 I had pre ordered a laptop, and they asked me to come to the store(which was 44km away from my home) saying that the model is available. When I had finally arrived, they asked me to wait for another hour for them to get it from the warehouse. But before they get it from the warehouse, they asked me to make the complete payment before hand(1,00,000 INR). I mean, who does that? And the worst part being, they were not even sorry for saying it to me.
