I purchased a front load washing machine 1.5 month back. During the purchase, they said there was an offer of 2kg matic liquid along with it.:) As per them, it will be given, along with the machine delivery. On delivery of the equipment, one employee of their store, said the Technician, who will come to give the demo, will bring the liquid. On enquiring with the Technician, he says he is not aware, as it's in the purview of the shop who gives the offer. I have issues with the machine, due to it throttling, called them twice and brought into their notice the offer too. They said, they will call back, twice , but no call so far. I have to run behind this, their employee's giving false promises.

The worst experience ever.THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT..ever......bought an oven and the bad product is not even replaced now...going for a consumer dispute.

The place is packed with a wide range of products - no doubts on that. But had a very bad experience when I visited the store with the plans to buy an AC. The representative showed me a model and explained all the features and gave me a good quote for it. But the funny part was the model didn't have any of features he said verbally. Understood this later when I compared it with the catalog. Read similar reviews about this place. So just be more cautious and double check before you buy.

Extremely bad experience. Went there to purchase a washing machine and here is what I experienced: 1. Discount offered: Rs. 150 (yes, a whole one hundred & fifty Rupees) 2. Free delivery offered by them! - This when the manufacturer itself offers free delivery! The sales person had no basic etiquette and manners on how to speak to customer. And to top it all off, when I decided not to buy, the guy made a comment: "came just for demo!" And this is when I lost it. Complained to the Manager, who simply smiled and said "Sir, new staff". Absolutely no apology offered. Never again buying from this place ever!! Went to Fridgehouse & made my purchase from there.
