Excellent customer service.I had to install a ssd in my laptop..they did it within the same day along with os installation and other softwares which we require..the cost is also pretty decent...good communication between staff members..i was able to know the status of my laptop when i called the front desk and upon work completion they informed me... All the staff members follow strict covid protocols and hence, is a safe place to visit....the shop is open upto 8pm...

Such a worst experience from HP World (Sysmantech) M G Road, Ravipuram Kochi... They ever demand a single star rating.... Never ever go to this shop for servicing and for purchasing laptops... Very bad customer care service...
