The service was worst....the guy who sat on the bill conter throwed the bill infront of us that was a disrespectful movement and we waited a lot to purchase the item... The service is very poor.

Had a very good experience in there. Nice staff and no much crowd as well.

I must say the customer service was so poor. We had to wait for almost 20 mins sitting idle at the counter when some of the salesmen were free to help us through the purchase rather they pretended we were invincible.Nobody showed up nor they had a pleasant face. Did not even feel like we had gone to purchase gold. Then we decided to go to Josco next door and there customer service was excellent. They had half the number of employees compared to Malabar but still they treat customers with much hospitality. A genuine review from a travel/lifestyle blogger. Take it.
