Behaviour of the staff there is pathetic. They treat customers as if we owe them money. Lots of staffs are there in this particular store but don’t think they are there to serve customers. They even botched up my name on the invoice and later said invoice can’t be edited. Disgusted and disturbing at the same time that I spend so much money while that sales guy couldn’t even care to check my name before invoicing.

Poor functioning i pre ordered a one plus nord and they kept me waiting for more than a month...

Went to this shop to get a tempered screen glass protector and they convinced me to get a new screen film called protection pro, it was 500 bucks and I was assured it was a one time investment because its solid and there can't be damages. Believing them and since it was supposedly having good reviews here got it and in week the screen guard started getting bubbles and scratches. Went to them and was offered no assistance but some bs reasoning. And worst part they offered to put the tempered glass that I initially wanted if I paid another 200, what can I say, audacity at the next level. Please don't be fooled by their sweet talks and do not get the protection pro from there.
