This place should upgrade!!!nI remember this place from my childhood. It was the best hotel in Dehradun. But now I believe that it's just running on its past glory. The respect this name holds, this hotel should seriously revamp itself in these modern times.

Was once an iconic hotel of Doon valley. Is a popular choice for weddings and banquets. Quality of food and service has gone down. Rooms have a worn out feel. Needs complete refurbishing.

They charged extra for the wedding decoration which was not upto the mark ,very bad presentation and food was also cold.other hotels are giving better services in terms of everything and giving good quality in budget. I had very bad experience with the team of madhuban hotel . I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.they also said some people from our group was shouting in terrace which was not true so they are big liars also . It used to be very good hotel earlier but now after experiencing all this it’s a pathetic hotel .

Everything was okay but i didn't like the food. Rooms are good. Rating it 3 star because of the food. Everything else was good. Proper Service.

This might be a popular hotel in Dehradun, but it does not stand up on standards of a 4 star hotel, the stars it flaunts. Rooms are OK, but the galleria which leads to rooms has carpet laid which stinks. Food service is also not good though. Portions are not sufficient for 2 and service is late. Morning breakfast buffet is also not upto mark for the price they charge for room. Location is thing which can be called for, praise, but the premium it charges does not justify the services it gives.
