Nice Property to Stay. Staff is good and polite. Room Service is good. Food is also good. Variety is too less ( despite good booking). It's like they are imposing the things on Guests. Rooms are Big and Spacious. Have All amenities ( Except Mini Bar !!). Reception people need to be quick in delivering Room ( there internal communication need to be done and proper). Overall Experience is good.

Clean rooms, good food.nContemporary rooms. Lift is very small.there is no chef in the night incase you need any good late in night.nRecommended for stay.

Four Points by Sheraton is a good hotel to stay in Dehradun. The location of this hotel is superb. The food was good, room was spacious and amenities were great.

Poor service!nnNow it’s more than a week we are staying in this hotel and more we have planned for 20days to stay but we are very disappointed with the services.nnAs we know marriage season in on and they have good bulk booking but in this they forget the existing old customer and they don’t bother how they are having their stay for instance they didn’t cleaned the room for couple of days and when I called them then said we will do it.. and for dinner they keep us waiting more than couple of hours and after that also we need to remind them..nUnable to manage large gatherings!!!nnStaffs are very less might be due to covid but we are Disappointed with the services and didn’t expected this from Marriott Groups of hotels!!!!
