My wife has delivered a baby girl on 08/03/2020 at futela hospital rudrapur and i' ve checked in at hotel rivierra nainital road rudrapur on 09/03/2020 in between 6:30-7:00 pm. Today, ie, on 10/03/2020, i came to hospital early in the morning and when came back in the afternoon, the main gate was closed and it took half an hour to open the gate and then i went to my room. At midnight, when i reached at hotel ataround 11:45 pm, again the min gate was closed and i made 14 calls to the reception and the number provided in the signboard but nobody responded.My luggage is lying inside my room no 103 in which my insulin amd other medicines are kept as i am diabetes patient. The hotel staff has not at all responded. If something happens to me in the night then it will be the sole responsibility of the hotel. Kindly impound huge penalties or even cancellation of the registration of the hotel as this kind of service is life threatening for the consumers.

Nice hotel have space for big gathering. Nice and good room numbers. Fully ac oyo registered. Has pizza hut nearby, and is also near to axis bank. So easy to go atm facility and food facilities. Liked the place overall.

I stayed here almost more than two months. Services for room clean and changing bedsheet daily never happened, after informing staff they takes almost 5-7 days do change. Due to lockdown we taken here daily food services & quality was very poor and charges are very high. I paid full charges but compare to charges service is not satisfactory.
