Budget AC hotel for people which need basic amenities and creature comforts. Cost is variable, we got it for 750 for 2 bed. Room could be little cleaner. A fresh coat of paint will be better. Furniture outdated so is the electricals, but does its job alright.

The person at the reception was very very accommodating and helpful with early check-in.nnThat was the best part and probably the only good part about the hotel.nnThe property is poorly maintained and staff is not very customer oriented except for the reception.nnThe rooms have dampness. In our case, the last occupants had smoked cigarettes- the butts were in the bin still and the room had smoke-stink. The towels were old and did not seem clean. The washroom had cobwebs and mirror was not clean.nnAll in all- there got to be better places to stay in Rudrapur.
