Very poor service... it has almost been 15 days i submitted the documenta and cash but savings account has not been opened the only excuse branch has is that marketing person whom I had submitted my application is on leave

Worst service of Axis Bank ever, I had requested for new DIS booklet and even after 20 days, there is nothing from Bank side. They have some Sohail khan as priority service manager but he is worst of all. He doesn't even receive your calls.
