We went to resturant for family dinner at 9pm. When we set on the table resturant staff immediately inform that we can't take order now..this is the first time I visited but we return with worst experience which will not allow us to visit of recommend again

We went for dinner to this hotel and had a bad experience. This hotel is newly opened with nice infrastructure but the staff needs to be trained in that standard. They have assigned a table to two families at a single time and while the other family was complaining with me no one came to rescue for a considerable time. Later when we paid for the water bottle that we had already used and left no one even tried to sound an apology. Even the floor manager seemed confused about the matter. They lack training and one should consider before going to this place thinking this as a upscale fine dining experience.
