I like the food but the rooms are not that much good. Room's are small there are very waiting during check in the hotel. View from the hotel is very nice . it's situated in Port Blair. A&N

We booked Deluxe room in this hotel and thank god it was just for a night because everything was so bad about it. The room size was so small that a claustrophobic person would faint. The service was equally bad. Tv wasn't working. Wifi didn't work either. Bed sheet was dirty. Food was below average in taste. Reception made us wait for a long time even when we reached the hotel on time.nThis hotel was the only sad thing in our trip to Andamans (Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Islands)nOn our way back from Havelock to Port Blair, we thankfully chose J Hotel, which was so amazing in every department.

Good hotel in Port blair. I stayed at the hotel for three nights, first night and last two nights of my South andaman tour. First day we were welcomed with cold drinks and received a hearty welcome. We got room no 311 and the room was beautiful with balcony from where city view can be seen. All amenities were there. For the last two days we received different room... Room no 101 and the room was not at all good. Both of my booking was for delux rooms and yet we got two very different rooms.... When I brought this to hotel reception then they said last room was executive type and this is actual delux. There were some problem with last days reservation also. Payment was made from travel agent long time back and yet hotel was not aware of that and denied that payment was made without checking there account details. It took almost 30 mins of unprofessional behaviour from hotel reception and lots of convincing from my side to resolve the issue without arguments. The hotel has two restaurants namely the love garden and the andaman kitchen. None of them accept cards.. Love garden is bar come restaurant and andaman kitchen is only restaurant. Break fast is complementary.. Room service is charged 10 % extra for food items.
