One of the worst staff and manager they treat people in such rude way one live example as their was lockdown in town so the bank time was 7.30am-10.am I was in the queue line for making a withdrawal time was 10.35am as I was standing way before the closing time then a customer comes and joins the line the cashier calls the person separately and asks him what he said come to pay loan amount.the cashier rudely says we are closed the customer unknowing if the time says the bank closes at 2pm na. Then the rude cashier says ho is it so come tomorrow at 2pm which happens to be second Saturday the manager was also present their. Then the customer leaves then another customer comes with huge bag the manager with huge smile welcomes him and takes the deposit I asked the manager himself so you don't need that customer but you need this one the manager replays their something me and you this customer helps the bank and that one doesn't. One finding out why he let the second customer was he made huge deposit of 30lakhs so they took it when the bank was t huge deposit why don't they open their branches near the establishment who make huge deposit and put a board minimum deposit this much we only want customers with huge deposits my final suggestion is small account holders please close ur account.

First of all one star rating also waste.Dont go for icici.No preference and no caring for the customers.Worst bank I have seen.

One of the worst BRANCH i have never seen staff was not helpful to the customers mainly that DEPUTY MANAGER he always talking on the phones if customer is waiting also in front of him one of the worst banknnI went to this bank on (17-11-2020) Due to stop my cheque he even not helped me later i called to customer care they helped me to stop cheque in I Mobile AppnnPlease remove this staff & bring new staff

Worst manager And team.....they tell u all stories but no work....look for alternative bank..this branch is really worst
