Amazingly courteous and professional staff...very helpful..nIf you're looking for a cosy stay at a good price then just go for it. The food is nothing short of awesome...nnCheers to the management and staff!

To be honest if you are on a business trip and looking for a pleasant stay, not a good place to stay for. The biggest problem is food quality and hygiene. Either you get burnt or half cooked or over cooked food or salty. The staff is not maintaining any guidelines post pandemic rules for hotel industry. Most of the time they won't wear masks as well. The cooks (I find funny to call them chef) eat tobacco whilst preparing food . I have found maggots in brinjal curry. Usually cockroaches come out in the dark, but here they come out in the light and move around buffet tables. Its so normal to find these creatures everywhere in this very property like in the room, gym ( with very less instruments and no instructor). The staff will never give you a proper solution. The best way to describe their solution is a sorry word, so that they can repeat the same mistakes again and again. It is mandatory to give one star in review, but I have an option I won't give any. The General Manager will never attend your complaints, even after trying to reach him.

Took an overnight stay here on 3rd October 2020. It’s a small property and doesn’t do justice to the Marriott tag. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly as we found a lot of mosquitoes inside. Also towel and rest of the kits were inadequately placed. After requesting, room service folks were efficient enough to arrange everything. Though it wasn’t fast, but they were courteous. I appreciate them. Then comes the front desk service. Trust me. It was below average. Their Amex machines weren’t working. Also I was promised that I will get an invoice copy on my email which I had mentioned separately on their form, well I guess they had missed that. Food options were also very less. Overall it was a decent stay but below average as compared to Marriott status. I hope they will improve soon. All the best to the team. Cheers !!
