I, along with my wife, came to stay for 8 days. This is my first visit.nnI observed the following on the first day.nRITZ COMFORT is More than comfortable.nnHygiene = Top classnnReception= Mr Rajesh and Rambabu are an asset. Both have pleading manners.nnStaff : boys and girls r well mannered and r attending on call.nnQuick response for anything.nnBreakfast : Yummy yummy.nnI did not taste in restaurant. So I can't comment.nnIn a nutshell, the facilities are of 3 star hotel.nnI would like to say that I stayed in hotels like Novotel in Vizag, hotel Ramda in Chennai. Obviously they r good they big.nnBut Ritz Comfort is not lagging behind in comparison to them.nnLastly, i wold like to say that with my comment the responsibility of the manager enhances and they must maintain the standard in future.nnThan u.nnPL NARASIMHAMnSMT. P ANNAPURNA.
