this is a well highly comfortable stinky rooms ud83eudd2e , with working of ac is done only in a timely basics .nnWhere everyone of the staff are more concerned about the tips given to them instead of the customer service ..nnThese staff indeed demanding the tips without any good / no customer service ..nn...........nNOTE :-nI've made my booking via oyo . And got a big deal of discount when i said I'll be paying online in oyo app . The front desk staff were made me to payto them only full amount where i didn't get the discount .. more overnThey took charges for extra bed but they didn't provide any bed .. as there is already an extra small bed in the room ....but they had charged for the extra bed * 600 rupees *nAnd didnot included the bill of extra bednn...........nnThis is a genuine and truely experienced review ..nnIts better to check in some other hotel insted facing troubles like me ..nn..........

Please don't prefer this lodge instead you have many good lodges available for the same cost.nnRoom services is very poor they won't respond properly even I told pay money for water bottles but not yet provided on rooms & it's were very dirty & toilets nothing to say very bad conditions they using old floor mats. Ac is there but remotes won't work all controls from reception & they not at all picks the call, landline connections kept for name seak, room doors on worst conditions. About hotel there is no good things to say. Please don't choose this lodge ud83dude24ud83dude37 #Wasteofmoney #Worstservices

Do not go here. Reasons -n1. The room they gave us did not have the tvn2. The room was very dirtyn3. They turned of AC the next morning and said it is not working.nAfter requesting for new room -n4. We asked to clean the room and they did a good job. But we found 2 insects on the cot. No windows were open.n5. They say complementary breakfast when booking but when you ask for it, they ask for money to get breakfast.nWe stayed for 4 days here and we never got breakfast

Just finished a 5 night stay at this excellent hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment room with kitchen and dining/lounge area. Worked superbly for a family unit with 2 teenage boys. Rooms and service excellent. Huge main bathroom and large patio ,over looking Visakhapatnam . All staff we encountered from reception to room service was excellent. A beautiful hotel, especially at night with a good choice of restaurants
