We loved the suite rooms. Spacious for a family of 4. Clean rooms. Hot water and wifi were good. Staff were cordial. Some amenities (set top box, taps) are worn out, but hopefully resurgence in demand will help them upgrade it.nTheir restaurant offered yum breakfast, with better ambience, at competitive rates.nMore importantly it's bang next to Mandapa, and amidst market area. Fresh fruits, some shopping etc within walking distance.

Everyone is very professional and customer service oriented. I love that the rooms were clean & comfy, the restaurant has delicious food, and the overall atmosphere is warm & tranquil. I felt safe staying here during Covid-19.

We satyed in executive room. Room was big enough for couple and a kid, bathroom was neat n clean. Stay was comfy, good service and food in their restaurant was delicious. All in all great experience.

The building might be good. But, the spirit of customer service was never there. Most of their waiters are poorly trained, and pathetically display arrogance towards customers (often arguing). If you are an average person of Indian Origin, don't expect respect. If you splurge and mistreat the waiters, the way some wealthy Indians do, then, be assured that they will bend over backwards and suck up to you. Food is quite average and I will be quite vary of, what they claim to be, the Italian (Pastas in particular) and North Indian food they serve! In essence, avoid!
