Great hospitality with peaceful front office, courteous room service team, beautiful beach view rooms which are worth the money we pay, secured location, food was good as per my needs. The only reason for giving 3* is I got stuck in one of the lift which concerned me for a while and I didn't have much options to reach out to anyone untill I called my friend and asked him to inform front office. Thereafter, I was saved by staff, but what if I don't have mobile?? I hope they will consider my feedback and fix this on top priority so that someone might not face this situation again.

Good location.. but old Property.. my stay at suite room was good.. though I preferred to stay on the higher floors.. as I requested at the time of check-in..nFood was goodnHospitality was good.nBeds were comfortable.nBathrooms were spacious with bathtubs.nNothing fancy.. but good place

The gateway stands tall amongst its new competitors. It's been my all time favourite. Various new places have come up but gateway has maintained its elegance. Excellent...

Great location. The staff here is very polite and helpful. It's a beautiful place. The room service is exceptional. Room's are spacious and well equipped. Five stars for maintenance.

Elegant ambience! Reception services, room service, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff.
