Five stars are not enough for the service this hotel management and staff has provided.nnHotel has accommodated to every request we have asked them.nnWe were are large group occupying almost 2 floors, they even allowed us to use their dining hall for 2 small gatherings, still supervising, adhering to Covid safety standards.nnRooms were super clean, beds were very comfortable, room rates are very reasonable,parking is convenient. Location is very apt for all amenities.nnEven though it was raining heavily and Had power interruptions, they were able to turn on generators quickly.nnAll these apart, the management and staff are very accommodating and always courteous.nnThank you very much for making our stay very comfortable and providing excellent service. I strongly recommend this hotel for your comfortable and stress free stay at very reasonable prices.

Good rooms for the price.nHotel is well located in the foothills of tirumala mountain pass.nNear to token counter. It's on the main road and one can get a bus from here directly to visit the tirumala temple.nnPrefer to take the meal option available for lunch which is very reasonably priced and served quickly.nDO NOT order paneer like items from the menu as they take over 1 hr to serve those. The focus is mainly on the meal.

It is a very good hotel to stay, if you are visiting tirupati. I stayed here twice. Once stayed in family room where 4 people can easily be accomodated and once with my husband. It is located 1kms from the toll of the Tirumala. It has pure vegetarian restaurant and breakfast was good. Also we ordered during lunch, it took a bit of time but the food was good. Iskon temple , Alipiri foot way is walkable from the hotel. Some rooms could get nice view of the mountains. Hot water was available in early morning. We arrived here early before check-in time, they gave us temporary room and helped in early check-in. Would recommend people to take this stay if they do not have anything at the Tirumala hills.

Surely over rated hotel for the service provided. Stayed on 29th Feb.nnPros:nnNeat room.nLocation (very near to Alipiri).nIn house restaurant.n24 hours hot water.nnCons:nnSmall room for the amount paid.nParking - The building has 5 floors. Assuming all are rooms, parking is available only for 4 to 5 cars. If you are lucky, you will get parking inside. Otherwise it should be in roadside only.nService to be improved. (Except the restaurant manager/caretaker on that day.).nnWe went there on Saturday evening by 4.30pm. I booked two rooms for me and my cousin. In one room it was two single bed. We were family with a small kid of 3 year old. We requested for a double bed room but the receptionist told all were booked. We couldn't combine the beds also since a bed side table was permanently fixed between two beds. Staff did not know how to handle the situationud83dude15. Then we suggested to change the direction of the bed and we adjusted.nnThere were no kettle also in the room. For the charge they get, at least they need to give some amenities like this.nnBreakfast also OK kind of spread. Not fully satisfied with the stay.
