I travel extensively and use rent-a-car all the time in several countries. - but, it was the first time I had the experience of renting a car with Kottayam Cars and the experience was none less that astounding. I can challenge that none of the big multinational rent-a-car companies can match the personalised service Kottayam Cars can offer. Minimal paperwork, extremely friendly staff - I didn’t have to say word - all adjustments with respect to number of days and petrol levels were made to my total satisfaction !!.
