Easy and safe access to Union Station or the airport. Can buy the tickets from machines before you enter.

There are no station attendants here for those who need assistance. There is a ticket vending machine, which thankfully worked. We missed an airport-bound train by a split second and had to wait 15 minutes for the next one. This normally isn't a big deal, but when it's a bitingly cold 25 degrees and there are no indoor areas to retreat to, you start to get grumpy. And grumpier when you get approached by a random stranger inviting you to a bible study.

Easy.always make a plan before you go always dress for weather and always watch your surroundings.the attendants are on the train and at union station.

It’s clean and I feel safe at odd hours. Careful, no parking is free. One lot has a sign saying you have to pay to park. The other does not. I assumed it was free as I did not see a sign anywhere. They charge you big if you don’t pay. Which is why the streets outside the lots are free.
