Pathetic service. The person was very ignorant. Booked a tempo Traveller and specifically asked to send a clean one but it was not good at all. Seats were not comfortable. AC was not effective in the cabin. Music was not working. Guy didn't send any pics to check as he knew that I will cancel it. Tempo came 2 hrs late that too when I made the payment. Will never hire from here.

29 state car rental services we booked a trip to nainital for 3 days in 12 seater tempo traveller. our journey was really awesome helpful staff. hamare driver sumit bhai bhi bahot awesome the. we really enjoyed in affordable rates. i think rates are cheapest in. NCR.recommended.””

The worst service i have encountered till date. I had booked the dharamshala and dalhousie package including all sight seeings for 6 days at package condition and later on not the employee but the owner itself changed his words and asked to provide the extra charge for kms run above 1500 and earlier the same person had allowed upto 1600 kms in package.nEven the owner dont have the sense of talking with their client and even the car was of some other person which was earlier informed that it was of their. In short these guys are none another than dalaals who are greedy about money and can go at very cheap level to gain profit, pls think before you book it from here. Personal opinion to book from known one only.nAgain this so called owner, mr gaurav, was arguing that dharamshala dosent include mcleodganj as a sight seeing place even the same was acknowledged them in my itenery earlier. They are good at lying.
