OYO 65378 Grand Palace

Booked a room for 1 night stay at INR 900. There were these signs of 'sanitized stay' all over the place. I thought about my safety during the times of the pandemic and wanted a sanitized, safe place to stay. looking at all the promoting signs and OYO verified sanitized stay, i booked myself a room. When I entered the room, I was hugely disappointed. The sheets were dirty, meaning they had not been changed since the last people to use the room left. There were Paan stains on the floor and the AC was just too noisy. The taps, faucets everything in the toilet were faulty and I was not provided any toiletry, not even a handwash. Seeing all these things, I requested them to shift me into a new room and they did, saying that it would only take them 20 mins, they took whole 2 hours to shift me to a new room. all this while i was just standing in my previously allotted room as it carried the risk of contracting the virus if i sat on the used sheets. The new room had the same story. I made them change the sheets twice in front of me and still i could see that the sheets were dirty and the quilt and pillows were the same used by previous guests who used the room. There was no sanitization at all. they just wiped the floor once with lizol and that is it. there were signs of those lifebuoy sanitized stay even in the rooms but nothing was sanitized. had there been no pandemic at all, still this hotel would have been a bad place to stay. the customer service was just pathetic.

No key. No water. A.c not working. Washroom gate is broken.

Faculty is good and the rooms are clean and hygienicnThey also provide free wifi.

No heater...no hot water...small rooms... moderate hospitality
