* Staff at reception & even there manager was very rude.n* If staying there keep candle or torch with you electricity can go off any time and it may take 20-30 min to get it back.n* Mobile Network is very bad inside the hotel you may have to go outside to make a call.n*No heaters neither central hot air conditioning inside rooms. You will be shivering if visiting in cold season.n* The food quality was also very bad. My mother has to vomit every thing out after having a dinner there. Even though they were helpless to provide 1st aid assistance.nMy overall experience of 1 night stay was horrible.

It was an excellent stay at the grand venizia hotel.. Everything is fabulous the location of the hotel and the staff is very co-operative who are taking every single safety measure step.. I'll definitely suggest to the hotel to my friends also....

Good place..ambience was also good but but basic amenities like tv and phone was not working also so much disturbing sounds comes to the room by upper floor
