Library is the 2nd Asia's biggest Government Library situated in Shastry Bhawan for public for Research purpose, any one can become a member of this library who is heaving Delhi s residential prof . CSL is having a great / rich collection of documents books, government publication as well as foreign publication this is the best place for knowledge wish to visit again and again 175 to 200 students visit daily for study who is preparing for UPSC and other examinationnnEvery month CSL is organised a book exhibition on verious subject

Nice library well infrastructure very silent place

A very quite and clean place to be, one can study with no worries and a positive vibe around. Membership is only dor central government employees though others can access book within library and are not allowed to issue the same. This place opens at 8:30am and closes at 6:30pm.

peaceful environment for self study in the reading rooms especially if u preparing for any entrance exam and need to study long hours.
