This library is very useful to civil aspirants in Delhi. This library has its own cafeteria. Here they charge very fewer fees and provide many amenities.

Way too expensive for a charitable library, 1700 (or1900) bucks for a month plus 700 security doesn't count for any donation. It is simply business thriving at it's best.

Only library in ORN best of all , neat ,clean spacious, greenery,1700 rs fees, no night time 8 am to 10 pmnMeditation hall, garden, GD room, sometimes free yoga pranayam

Very good library for UPSC aspirants.nRs. 1700 for reserved seats.nNo. Of seats is 800+.nIt is open from 7am to 12pm and not 24*7 library.nGood Air conditioning, good chairs, good serious aspirants are there.nnHas mediatation centre, canteen - good quality food, jain temple.nnSo UPSC aspirants come study well in this library...nnJai hind...

Very Spacious Library, Calm Environment, Proper Parking Space, Own Cafeteria, Fixed Seat and with locker 1700 & 1900 monthly charges. Little crowded which gives you waiting for seat allocation. Hygiene is maintained Very well.n3 star, because I have been here for a month but NO seat allocated.
