Limecar Self Drive Car Rental in Goa Airport

November 2020: Rented a car for two days. Bad experience. Dubious agency. NOT value for money at all. (1) Was NOT provided the model of car that was ordered (2) Condition of the car was abysmally poor - bald tyres and bad suspension, wobbly steering, worn out and smelly interior (3) had ordered airport delivery and return and paid for that - the driver did not arrive on time to pick up the vehicle, causing much stress. (4) The cars are registered as private vehicles, not permitted to be rented out. If the police stop you, or if you meet with an accident, you will be in trouble. The car maybe seized. Beware.

Thanks to Limecar for a good experience provided to us in Goa. We booked Innova Crysta manual and pickup time was nearing, but it was not allocated. I have called the customer care and they allocated a driver immediately for drop the car to us.nnWe got Innova Crysta automatic for the same cost paid by app. After the car came, they have asked the knowledge on rental cars and collected all of our original ID proofs copy and one of ours original ID for their reference. They asked to take a video of the car to mention all the existing scratches and damages, so that we will not be questioned for the same while returning the car.nnThey took a photo of all of us in front of the car. They are following this procedure it seems. Then we got the car filled with 1/4 of the fuel. We need to return the same level while returning. The was very good and we enjoyed a lot with driving. We called and confirmed the drop time after days and they have come and played the car video already taken and verified any other new scratch/damage. Nothing like that was there and we left the car with the person and left.nnWe initially thought these procedures and all for somehow they will show something and asked for more money, but Limecar is very genuine. Very good for rental car. It's not near to Panjim, so we have pay Rs. 300 for pickup and another Rs. 300 for drop at the same point.nnThanks.
