Right from the booking the vehicle to receiving and handing over the car back, the entire process is seamless. The cars are in excellent condition. To add to it, they have a great customer support team. Hope they keep the great work! Strongly recommend this to anyone visiting Goa and wishes their own vehicle to drive around in

The pick up and drop off was a smooth and hassle free process. The team was accommodating enough to extend the drop off time. Had faced a minor battery glitch but otherwise the car was in a good condition. Would recommend them for self drive rentals in Goa.

Great Car. Clean and more than half the fuel tank was full. Handover/Return of the car was a 2-3 minute process. Friendly and easily accessible people at the company. No hassles faced. The car was pretty dirty when we returned it (it had rained a little when we were there) - no issues created by anyone over that either. Refund of security amount processed within 12 hours of car return.nDefinite choice forever. Would recommend without any hiccups.

The booking experience was good. Most services have an app that need to be installed. But I liked the fact that we can book one without an app.nContact details were provided on whatsapp as soon as I booked the car. The assigned coordinator delivered the car on time and it was mostly clean.nThe car was a new i10 and the driving experience was great for the entire 5 day trip.nIt would've been great if the service refunded some amount for the extra fuel as we used only a bit of the petrol we filled. But overall, the service is reliable and excellent.nWill book again if I visit Goa.nCheers!

The car was in excellent condition and a new one. The price is very good deal compared to the exhorbitant prices other cabs and rental cars charge. Enjoy your drive with GoiCar. Best choice and hassle free pick up and drop off of the car at Airport.
