I went to them to make my wedding ring. I showed them image of the ring from lord of the rings cause i love that design. I asked them if they are capable of doing it. They told sir we can do it. You just need to do it in 18k gold. I said fine let it be. They assured the design will match.i kept asking them again and again cause all the jewelleries i went to said its beyond their capabilities and accepted it. Day before my wedding i went to pick up the ring and i get the most common ring design that they do. Which they even do in 22k. Which they keep in the shelves stocked. Charges me extra for custom design. I said nothing. There was no point telling such people what a jewellery mean for you. Cause for them it means only money. The greed and the sheer lack of empathy or love for their craft makes me throw up in my own mouth. Now i wear the same ring cause its the one my wife put on me. I don't want to change it now. 2 years it has been and i carry the sorry sad piece of an excuse as my wedding ring. If this is how a man feels about a ring. I can't imagine the heartbreak countless women felt on their most special day. Change yourself josco. Things are not all about profit. Love your craft, love seeing your customers smile, instead of sending them home with the heart-wrenching pain of having been decieved of a lot of their hard earned cash. Maybe when you realise it it will be too late.

Making charge is high. They don't have making charge in tag. We bought a bangle for gifting new born baptism. It don't have any designs, simple design only. But their making charge for it was 22%. They don't have making charge in their price tag, so they can ask any amount. Next time we went to Kalyan jewellers for buying a chain for gifting new born. It was good dealing from their staffs. They had a lot of collection for small chains. They have making charge in their price tag, its good thing. We checked price tags, we selected a good design and making charge was 15% only. Again they gave us discount in making charge, they discounted it to 10%. We are very happy with their service, collection and pricing. In Josco, it was 22% for very simple one.
