I have been to first cry to get gift for my cousin brother living in Australia. I had a good experience good staff. So I bought water bottle it was little expensive but they have good quality products.

Bad Service at all... I feel I should not go there I in future .. Cheated in the name of policy. . People should aware before going there...

This store service is not good at all ... Feeling insulted after going there .nProducts are good no doubts but service is very bad .nFor Example. they offer water bottle only selected customers .

Very poor worst customer service. I have purchased stroller from this store for my baby n after few days only the handle of stroller was not working properly. After some time i have complain to the first cry sec -9 staff to get the handle changed. They asked to leave the stroller their only after few days i asked them whether it is replaced or not so they informed me that the new handle will be charged i agreed to pay that also. N they assure me that it will corrected in 10-15days. Its approx 5 months after regularly following up them dere is no response from them all the time dey said we will recieve the handle within 2-3 days . But no body called back . I have talked to their store manger Mr. Dinesh, Meenakshi madam, Mr. Gurpreet several times but no response. At last wen i went their n asked them the reason for fouling me they told me that its only a sales store n they dont have time to get the things repaired. Truely harrasing. Never buy anything from this store. They charge so much for things n say it in warranty but nothing. They all are experts in making us fouls.
