Himalayan Bird Park

One of the fantastic tourist destinations of Shimla. Somehow not as popular. serene and quiet, except chirruping of the birds!nKid and elderly friendly. Minimal walking required. Decent parking space. Approach roads are good. It is located near to the Viceregal Lodge.nnIt is a small enclosure with birds kept inside the net. Tickets are very cheap. Spare 10-30 minutes for this attraction. Not as many birds. They should expand it. Well maintained but the govt can do better to expand it and host more birds and some more education about the rich diversity of the Himalayas.

A great place with so many birds . I suggest everyone in the world to visit this place once in a life time . Wowwwwwwww. I have didn't have watch a similar place in any part of the world. A majestic place with chirping of cute birds . Anyone would be mesmerized if visit this place . I can't believe this that this place exists in the Indian State Of Himachal Pradesh. It's a small bird zoo. Where you can find some native birds. It's small but if you're a bird lover it is your only option in Shimla town. Still it's a mist visit with kids for educational purposes.
