Langza Buddha Statue

The statue of Buddha is on a hill top at Langza Village. You can see the statue from very far off when you are approaching the village. On a clear night you can see star shower here. The village has some home stays where you can stay. The villagers try and sell fossil here and would request not to buy as they are draining the ecological/natural heritage. They make mud replicas and mud pottery here which you can pick for souvenirs.

Situated 14,500 feet above sea level, it's an amazing place thou a small village overlooking the snow clad mountains!

Very peaceful place, you find yourself in te lap of the mountains were the statue is situated and you see the land being converted from barren to snow in front of you.

Great place.nThe view from this point is really beautiful specially sunrise and sunset. I personally suggest whoever love to visit mountains must surely visit this place for once in their lifetime and you will definitely not regret.
