Excellent location. Staff was very helpful. It was home away from home. Deep Kumar, Abhishek and Amit singh as front line officers provided a great arrangement for stay.nThe food quality and great hospitality was provided. I will recommend the visitors to stay here if you are in Katra.

I was visiting Katra for a 3 day trip and looking for good hotels. Searched for quite a few and asked for live actual pics of room. Only a few shared and I preferred to stay at Grand Sharan.nnThe pics of the room shared by Faraz (manager) was the room that I stayed in. It was comfortable, spacious and had a decent view of the mountains.nnThe other staffs including housekeeping and others also were courteous and friendly and ensured that I have a comfortable stay. Even though I was traveling alone they ensured that my experience is no different than others traveling with friends and family. Manjit ( head of housekeeping) had a very hands-on approach to accommodate guests request and I thank him and other staffs for making my stay comfortable.nnThanks.

It's an excellent place to Stay. Staff is very helpful and respectfully. Thanks to Khan Zahoor for the hospitality.nFood quality was excellent. Home made food served. Thanks to Jugal and Ranjit to provide great quality food service.

Amazing experience to have stayed here. I only recommend this hotel to be prefer by everyone if you are coming to katra. experience staff. hygenic food.

Great service and staff.nPeople at front office Amit singh,Abhishek were really helpfull. Great location and nice rooms as well.
