This review is for Abhi cabs and especially Tilak Kumar, tempo traveller driver with registration number KA05AD3655. We have booked it for our house warming to move the people and stuff from old home to new home in odd hours (morning 2am). Vehicle reached sharp on time and Tilak was so humble in fulfilling our requests like loading and unloading the stuff, picking up and dropping people from/to different locations. Also this request for tempo traveller was made just 10pm and I was so impressed to have our booking accepted and arrange it in less than 4 hours time.

Not even fit for one star. Looking up the GOOGLE rating i booked a cab im ABHI TRAVELS. BUT SUCH A UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.nDrivers are very unprofessional and very rude. I booked a cabs yesterday evening. As i entered the cab i told the driver to stop buy some household stuff. He never answered or replied for any of my statements.when i asked him to take a left turn immediately he deliberately took long route. When my kid opened a snack box driver was so rude and said that dnt eat anything inside cab as the cab will get dirty. By his loud voice my small one started crying .Looking upon safty.I could not argue with him since it was late eveing and i was scared about his unpleasant behaviour. After reaching home i called up abhi travels office to raise a complaint one person called GIRISH spoke to me he himself spoke so rude and dint listen to anything what i was about to say.nThink before you book. Such a unsafe cab for women to tarvel alone.nI wonder all this 4 and 5 stars are created by management team.

Worst management. Worst service and bad vehicle and drivers. I wonder how this company survives as well as how they got scoring reviews.nI booked TT vehicle clearly mentioning that I need a good a/c working vehicle as well as cooperative well behaved driver. I spoke to one person by name GIRISH at abhi cabs and travels. I was promised they will take care. Next day...the vehicle arrives and first thing I noticed is A/C was partially working. Driver who said is name is MARUTI behaved very rude and answered rude.nI had no other option but to start my trip with family. We had nightmare experience. Blindly we were charged a hefty amount for across state permit. We coughed 75%more than government rate. We were threatened that if we dont pay the trip will be cancelled. I have children who were eager for this trip and hence quietly paid.nThe driver never stopped were we wanted to have breakfast or lunch nor later dinner. He forced us to eat at small places were he gets commission.nWe complained to abhi cabs office and once again it was GIRISH who answered us ....rudely saying we can get out of vehicle and go on our own.....how can we do so when we are half way through our trip.nSorry guys wrote a lot. We also had to pay excess tips/beta.... But hope it helps ....if you wish to choose this company service. We had such a unpleasant trip.

T.T #KA 05 AD 3665 (Driver's name: Mr. Maruthi)nHad a worst cab service in Bangalore. Driver fleeced us by taking a long circuitous route to reach our destination with a lot of halts in btw just to finish off all his smoky deeds, Did not agree with us when we told him to take a shorter route.nDriver took long route deliberatley and never had a courtesy to listen to what we wanted him to know.nTalking about vehicle condition, trust me draught carts would have been much better!!!nMY WORD TO THE WISE: Don't ever book a T.T through them if you can't afford to be late for minimum of three and half hours.n{Which I personally had not expected from your side keeping in mind your for the reputation.}nNote: it's not about that extra money we paid it's about ethics, respect and commitment towards your clients.nI want this to be seen by who so ever to higher authority cause as for now you have lost my faith in your Organisation.nWondering Experience!nSachien.

Worst experience, owner does not take responsibility of driver’s misbehaviour. Think before booking. Unruly driver with lot of head weight. Vehicle no. KA03AB0232
