Drivezy was one of the best car rentals in the city, but now they have become worst in providing services. I had made the payment of 5K INR to see the car for purchase but they didn't give any confirmation. However when i visited this HQ one person assured me to refund the amount in 10 days. And this HQ is now relocating to Indiranagar.

The car provider Mr sudarshan charged huge amount for the damage charges which was more than the drivezy policies & Mr sudarshan was using slang language to the customer.

Pathetic customer service.nI am trying from past 18hrs. No one picks call, responds to chat or mail. I have booking for which vehicle is not available. For alternative i am trying to reach customer service and no response. For cancellation they are charging full amount. Withou even seeing the car, i am charged full usage amount

FRAUD APP DON'T USE AND DON'T BOOK guys, i booked a activa for a week i paid full amount and got booked when i went to pickup point i saw my Activa was parked over there but they were not giving they said we don't have any bikes and all. Please guys don't go..... I tried multiple times to contact but they don't have a single number to contact my amount still they haven't refunded
