A fantastic place for a weekend getaway or for a week's stay.nnLesley and Mayoor are great hosts and make sure that you don't miss anything while you are made comfortable and feel at home.nnIf you love staying in estates, this is one place that you don't wanna miss. The Cocoa estate is very well maintained.nnYou'll never feel bored with the company of some amazing Koi Carps, more than 50 plus birds and well cared rabbits around.nnYou'll feel lucky when you enjoy the company of Peacocks who frequent around...

Property is really nicely maintained by owner. Whole property is surrounded by Cocoa Plants, Coconut trees, Pepper & also bread fruits. Amenities provided by owner is really good & sufficient for family to stay there longer. Fully equipped kitchen is providing options to cook as per your choice (if you are interested). Recently chocolate formation is stopped inside the farm area however one can see how cocoa is being grown and beans are being further processed. Overall satisfied with all the facilities available. One point would like to add that Google is showing very steep path to reach out to property however there is better path also available for the same.
