The ambience of hotel is good. It is operated by kstdc and has spacious rooms. The premises outside are maintained cleanly.nOne major disadvantage is on room linen cleaning and hot water availability. I was asked to waste 4 buckets of water to get Hoyer water for bathing. This is extreme carelessness of kstdc management!nThe room I was in, didn't have clean pillows as there were dog paw marks and I was told that they had sanitised rooms but clearly nothing was done during my entire stay.nnFood : 3/5nAmbience: 4/5nRoom cleaning: 2/5nCovid measurements: 1/5nStaff: 4/5
