Had worst experience, I booked hotel through OYO and did online payment in advance. When I went with my family for check-in the receptionist said that they do not give rooms if we have done online payment. Very bad experience, they did not even suggest me what are my options, I simply came out and searched for other hotel even though they had vacant rooms.Finally took room in SUMUKHA residency.nThen called OYO and got the refund luckily. I decided to not to book OYO hotel anymore and I would suggest you to skip JAYA MOURYA LODGE & BOARDING while booking hotel to have a better experience.

room was good & very big, facility & cleaning are very good, staff is so helpful and friendly. food was very tasty. location was good and hotel was couple friendly .

Staff's are pathetic they don't carry abt the people. No hot water provided and they don't listen to any of the issues brought upon to them. Really disappointed with the kind of behaviour of staff, the only best thing abt the lodge is rooms are clean

I will advise other people that they should not book this hotels in near future as this hotel does not accept the online booking after booking confirmation from Oyo . Worst experience ud83dude20
