Village Plumbing & Air

First, Village Plumbing & Air really came through in a jam over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They sent someone out same day, and the issue was resolved same day. Second, Edwin (the Village plumber) was great! He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and answered all my questions. He even knew how to handle the strange quirks in our 95 year old home. I will definitely be leaning on Village Plumbing & Air for my future plumbing needs!

The AC in my house went out. It stated by running for longer and longer periods of time and it was struggling to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. Eventually it failed altogether. I made an appointment on the Village Plumbing & Air website to have the unit inspected right after 7AM. I received a call to verify said appointment at 7:30, and the technician arrived by 9:45. When the inside of your home is hotter than the outside, those 2 hours may seem like an eternity, but that is speedy service in my book. Geoff did an amazing job inspecting, diagnosing, and coming up with options as to how to proceed. My many and sincere thank you. Update: It is now the end of day two of a great experience with Village Plumbing & Air. Levy and Vincent came to my home to install the new system. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The installation went without any issues and was finished in the estimated time.

Scott Gomez of Village Plumbing provided great service! We just moved into a house that has lots of issues, plumbing and otherwise. Scott checked on all my plumbing concerns and gave me straight answers about what needs fixing and what doesn't. His work was quick and neat. I am glad he told me about the Village membership, I have peace of mind knowing that the 3 inspections are included yearly and will continue to provide peace of mind for years to come!

Great guy and employee !! Turns out we have the worst luck at the moment with drain pipe damage but luckily you guys send Jason to find out the issue right away. Jason informed us of the repairs that have to be done now and explained how this situation could of happened. You’re very lucky to have a knowledgeable and great employee like him. Thank you guys for coming out and for that affordable drain pipe special you have at the moment. Really do appreciate it .

$418 to run a snake and unclog a drain. Just FYI to anyone wanting to know, but the price isn't the reason for 1 star. The rule is, it's $60 to come out, that $60 is waived if you get work done. I specifically told the lady who set the appointment, I'm not looking for a $200+ job. It's a snake job at worst. I know exactly what this problem is. Her response, "I don't think this will cost more than $100." $400?? That's a big jump from, we will waive the fee if you get the work done. $200, fine, within ballpark. I've paid $150 before. $400?? No. The plumber who showed up was awesome, good dude, saw how visibly angry I was and waived the fee sparing me from dealing with a fight on this. Don't get me wrong people, I am perfectly cool with Wayne, my tech, as a plumber. Honest and straight forward. He did his job as best he could. If corporate expects me to pay $400 for a snake job, you need to be upfront and transparent at the price before the tech is even scheduled. NOT, tell your customer, "I don't think this should be over $100," then have it be $418. You wasted my time and Wayne's time. This man has to make a living too and it won't be easy for him if you set him up to fail.
