Location of hotel is good. Staffs are good but room tariff is very high according to the facility given. Rooms are small. They don't have fan in room. Price of food is very high. They don't have proper water supply in bathroom. Billing desk is too slow. Overall I recommend this place for short stay in emergency situations if you don't have time to search a better one. This hotel is not so good for long stay or vacations.

A friendly and comfortable place in heart. Of. The citynProfessional approach.... Nerve centre... Walk.... Talk and reach destination..... Explore Kohima from mid point..... Good food... Clean rooms... Excellent friendly people to take care.... Nature loving.... Great Hoslitality with Smile

Best place to stay in Kohima. Hotel staffs and management are really helpful and very professional, going beyond their limits to help and assist us.

Staff is rude and abuses in Hindi by calling guests names..... are very useless in helping us with our problems and queries. The food is inedible and atrocious for a 3 star hotel...grated carrots and bread for lunch and that too two breads per person, salt is nonexistent and water a scarcity at the hotel, electricity seems to be always missing ..worst possible place to stay.
