High classy hotel and should you find them offering a buffet dinner on occassions or special events, you must go and try out the cuisines they offer. Though pricy, at the end you're sure to realise the great care they invest upon presentation, customer treatment and not forgetting the very grand interior setting that seem to suit every occasion. Glad that highly recommendable eve happens now n then over here. It's a must go if you're looking for some fresh air with clear views of the assembly building up clear.

Always helpful staffs and very polite too. Much better experience then other places. choice of food , beautiful view of the mountain ranges, quite , music, lovely coffee choices, music instrument for guests to play, polite and humble staff, tasty ice creams, live music from time to time, bbq, sit out places, live stage, souvenir stores, valet , all the good stuffs, if that's what you like this is the place to go to...I enjoyed the warm welcome by the staffs there. bbq with charcoal heaters and live music during hornbill was much to be missed

The stay was wonderful, staffs were friendly and very welcoming. Housekeeping and hygiene were excellent, foods were awesome and in terms of restaurant services they have a wonderful excellent team. Overall I should say I had a wonderful three days stay, and I would suggest anyone looking for a perfect holiday in kohima should drop in at Hotel Vivor and experience the unique touch of hospitality and services that a tourist can hope for...!

One of the very few places open in Kohima at 8pm. Nothing to speak of the ambience..however the staff is quite friendly. We ordered for Naga dishes. The portion sizes were HUGE!! The dishes tasted good, however typical smell of bamboo shoots (?) was a slight put off. Overall an OK experience.
