An important station of Odisha.If you want to visit Chekaguda-the hanging bridge,Chatikona falls,Kendiguda dam,Hatipathar(picnic spot-here the Nagavali river flows through a deep cut valley and the  two boulders atop these waterfalls look like elephants perched on a hill) then you must deboard at Rayagada

Rayagada railway station is a important railway station in South odisha...It is most cleaned railway station in odisha.

Waiting rooms are available here. The general Ticket counter is at out side of station. Parking area is available. It is approximately 1.5-2 km far from Rayagada Bus Stand. Near to station Cinema Hall, Hotels are there within the range of 500 metres. Overlay it's a average kind of Railway Station.
