Very good and convenient hotel at budget price. Would suggest to book through oyo. Staffs are very nice and also awesome food.nThank you to the hotel guys for making our trip a memorable one.

Disappointing is the least I can say. The moment we entered the room we saw the stained and dirty linen. The next stop was the washroom. The pan was dirty with fungus like things all over it. No shower in the washroom. Flush not working. Towel was also dirty. But the best is yet to come. We had to complain 3 times before someone came. On showing the guy the above problems he said that ALL LINEN IN THE HOTEL ARE LIKE THIS SO EVEN IF I CHANGE IT WOULD BE THE SAME. He added that guests dirty it and leave and dnt pay for it so it's the guests' fault and not their. For the shower he said that it cannot be repaired coz they will have to call a plumber.... The flush was just like a casino..... you gotta be extremely lucky for it to work....That's the level of customer service. The intercom doesn't work and you have to go down to the reception every time you wanna complain.... I think they have purposefully done it so that after a few times people stop going to the ground floor to complain... No drinking water in the room and they didn't provide it instead of repeated complains..... The only positive about the whole hotel is that the AC's work fine..... All in all it's just hell on earth. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Average place with average amenities. The staff was cooperative with prompt service. If you prefer slightly more cleanliness, look elsewhere.nThere’s a Wow momos and tea shop right under the hotel which are good to enjoy some snacks and tea at.

Worst place would give no star as hotel policies should be clear before booking. Driving for long hours and after reaching there they say room is cancelled.

Pathetic service. Bidet spray broken. Kettle spoiled. No bottled water. Morover menu showing 7 breakfast, no staff available in the hotel. Breakfast in room only after 8. Reception answered by security as staff coming only after 7.30 am. Room is neat n clean.... Looks new hotel.
