A risky endeavor, visiting a restaurant at such unprecedented times (global pandemic), even more so in a city like Bhubaneswar (make of this what you shall), but The New Marrion left no stone unturned in making the entire dining experience worth it. We tried a plethora of items, each made with the utmost care, resulting in perfect or near-perfect texture, be it proteins like chicken, shrimp, or fish, or carbs like noodles, different kinds of bread, or rice. The politeness of the waiting staff and the busboys, coupled with a visible eagerness to ensure we have a good experience was the cherry on top. It's also important to remember that The New Marrion managed all this at a time when restaurants all over are struggling in several aspects, be it the number of customers, availability of material, availability of staff, and more. I will fondly remember my experience tonight, and visit again soon, hungry for more.
