Place has just started renovations and right now going through some teething problems.staff is very courteous, food is amazing.nThe current restaurant needs uplift as it's kind of congested, one feels claustrophobic. Room service is good.

I had come to visit with my beloved grandparents and I was staying at the Sterling resort (which is quite cool). Since we go there often we wished to inquire more about this hotel but we were denied entry at the gate itself and we were told that we can only come in after making a reservation. We politely requested that we wish to come to this resort on our next visit and we would like to check out the place. Every hotel has a reception and sitting area where people can go and this was unprofessional and disgusting behaviour on their part to be so unabashedly rude to our faces and not let us in like we are some untouchables. It was like facing British rule where they didn't allow Indians and dogs in their offices and buildings. Never again.
