Terrible experience. A bus had been booked from Jaipur Railway station, several days in advance. However, a night before the requirement for the vehicle, the service provider quoted an amount different than before and unreasonably( double) higher, contrary to what was committed earlier( knowing that it was too late to contact other service provider). Also, a car had been booked to travel to Jaipur Airport, but the car never came to receive the passenger, without any notification whatsoever. There is lack of professionalism on their end, leading to dissatisfaction among the customers.
