It is public library. Anyone can come and read newspaper or magazine here. This is open for all. But if you want to take any magazine with you then you have to join the membership. Fees is very nominal for membership. For reading in library it is totally free of cost. Special instructions is that you have to maintain the sikence. This is very beneficial for students or competitive exam aspirant. Timings is 12:30 to 17:00 hours. There is lus green vegetation is also there. You will find totally peace of mind here.
