An astounding hotel with extraordinary level of comfort and wonderful service. Felt like home level comfort. Good view and full of greenery.. with extra level of cleanliness especially during the pandemic season including cutlery and food and room.. food is notched up to another delicious level.. absolutely loved staying here..

The hotel is bang on with their management. Specially during these tumultuous times, ITC Kakatiya outshines as a hospitality benchmark setter. The staff is super helpful and they great with a smile on their face always. The safety precautions are among the best I have witnessed so far which made my stay extremely comfortable and secure. Although serving at a limited capacity the room service offerings are drool worthy. All in all one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I have had in 2020.

ITC always have a flair to satisfy the needs of their customers.....its their innate talent whichever industry they may be in. Keeping the current conditions in mind, the way they are maintaining the Procedures are amazing and the care taken by them is too good. Spacious rooms with excellent cuisine great artistic interiors .....a feel good factor always and in all ways.

Nice & beautiful place, food is delicious & staff at restaurant very courteous but reception staff is very rude & non-supportive.
